On Friday, 5 June 2026, the MZR team came together for the final day of training, a day designed not only to sharpen skills but to strengthen bonds. The morning began with On‑Job Training led by our Chief Financial Officer Fadhlina Ramli, where staff immersed themselves in practical, hands-on learning. Instead of focusing on individual tasks, the session highlighted collaboration, showing how each person’s role contributes to the bigger picture of MZR’s mission.

The momentum continued with KPI by Abdussalaam Syaahid Mohd Fauzi, the Chief Technology Officer; a session that reminded everyone that performance is not just about numbers, but about collective accountability. When goals are achieved together, success becomes a shared celebration. This spirit carried into Building a Team with Ts. Abdullah Munzir Mohd Fauzi, CEO of MZR Global Sdn. Bhd., where stories of resilience and cooperation underscored the importance of trust, empathy, and communication in creating a strong foundation.
After lunch and solat, the afternoon opened with a Team Alignment Workshop facilitated by Faaris. This replaced his earlier programme, shifting the focus toward synergy and unity. Through group discussions and scenario-based activities, staff explored how to overcome challenges together, ensuring that no one is left behind. The workshop became a powerful reminder that MZR’s strength lies in its people, diverse in skills, yet united in purpose.
The highlight of the day was the Townhall Management session, where leaders and staff sat side by side, exchanging perspectives openly. It was not a one-way dialogue, but a collective conversation about the future of MZR. Voices from across departments were heard, ideas were shared, and a common vision began to take shape.
As the day drew to a close, the Recap and Closing captured the essence of the week: growth, resilience, and unity. The final tea session with all MZR staff was more than just refreshment; it was a symbol of togetherness, a moment where laughter and camaraderie sealed the bonds formed throughout the training.
The MZR Townhall was more than a meeting. It was a celebration of teamwork, a reaffirmation of unity, and a promise that when we move forward together, no challenge is too great.
